Shipping and Delivery Process

At Nail Monster, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days for orders within EU.

Delivery times:

  • Benelux/Germany: usually within 1–2 business days

  • European Union: typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service

  • Delivery to the NON-EU, USA and Canada usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the courier service. 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the total weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@nailmonster.nl so we can assist you.


Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international courier services to ensure reliable delivery to the USA and Canada. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.


Customs, Duties, and Tariffs (USA/CANADA)

All prices displayed on our website are excluding taxes and duties, (DDU/DAP) and no tariffs or additional import fees that may be charged by customs authorities in your country.

Any tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled or collected by Nail Monster.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible import costs before placing your order.


Delivery Fees

Please note that shipping fees for USA/CANADA are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. This applies even if an order is canceled after it has been shipped, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

 

Taxes & Duties (USA/CANADA)

At Nail Monster, all prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes, duties, and import fees.

Shipping Terms – DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)

All international orders, including those shipped to the USA and Canada, are sent under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms.
This means that any applicable import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Upon arrival in your country, your order may be subject to additional charges imposed by customs or the local courier.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release your shipment for delivery.

Sales Tax (USA)

We do not collect or charge U.S. sales tax, as our company is based in the Netherlands and has no physical or economic presence (“nexus”) in any U.S. state.
Local taxes or import fees may still apply depending on your state’s regulations.

GST / HST (Canada)

We do not charge Canadian GST, HST, or provincial taxes on purchases shipped from outside Canada.
Canadian customs may apply import duties or taxes when your order enters the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Note

  • Prices shown on our website are exclusive of all taxes and import duties.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, the return shipping costs and any related charges will be deducted from your refund.
