Shipping and Delivery Process

At Nail Monster, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days for orders within EU.

Delivery times:

Benelux/Germany: usually within 1–2 business days

European Union: typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service

Delivery to the NON-EU, USA and Canada usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the courier service. 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the total weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@nailmonster.nl so we can assist you.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international courier services to ensure reliable delivery to the USA and Canada. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs (USA/CANADA)

All prices displayed on our website are excluding taxes and duties, (DDU/DAP) and no tariffs or additional import fees that may be charged by customs authorities in your country.

Any tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled or collected by Nail Monster.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible import costs before placing your order.

Delivery Fees

Please note that shipping fees for USA/CANADA are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. This applies even if an order is canceled after it has been shipped, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

 

Taxes & Duties (USA/CANADA)

At Nail Monster, all prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes, duties, and import fees.

Shipping Terms – DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)

All international orders, including those shipped to the USA and Canada, are sent under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms.
This means that any applicable import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Upon arrival in your country, your order may be subject to additional charges imposed by customs or the local courier.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release your shipment for delivery.

Sales Tax (USA)

We do not collect or charge U.S. sales tax, as our company is based in the Netherlands and has no physical or economic presence (“nexus”) in any U.S. state.
Local taxes or import fees may still apply depending on your state’s regulations.

GST / HST (Canada)

We do not charge Canadian GST, HST, or provincial taxes on purchases shipped from outside Canada.
Canadian customs may apply import duties or taxes when your order enters the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Note

Prices shown on our website are exclusive of all taxes and import duties.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, the return shipping costs and any related charges will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Refund Policy (USA & Canada)

At Nail Monster, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- In the same condition as when received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened nail products (such as gels, liquids, or tools) cannot be returned.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us at info@nailmonster.nl before sending anything back.


2. How to Request a Return

1.Email us at info@nailmonster.nl within 14 days of receiving your package.

2.Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

3.We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note:

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns (USA & Canada).

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

If your package is returned due to refused delivery or unpaid import fees, return shipping costs and any additional carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used nail products (gel, acrylics, liquids, files, brushes, etc.)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Cancellation & Lost Goods Policy

At Nail Monster, we understand that sometimes you may want to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Orders within the EU

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@nailmonster.nl with your order number.

2. Orders outside the EU (USA & Canada)

For international orders, including the USA and Canada, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, due to the international courier process and customs documentation.

Any refund for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs and any import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

3. Important Notes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (EU) or 6–12 business days (USA & Canada), so cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible.

To maximize your chance of cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Orders that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs fees or tariffs will not be refunded for shipping costs.

Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. This applies even if an order is canceled after dispatch, as mentioned in our general terms and conditions.

4. Lost Goods – All Orders

In the unfortunate event that your order is confirmed as lost during transit, Nail Monster is committed to resolving the matter promptly.

Reporting Lost Goods:

Customers must report any order believed to be lost within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please contact us at info@nailmonster.nl to initiate the investigation.

Investigation Process:

We will investigate the lost shipment, which may include tracking the package, communicating with the shipping carrier, and reviewing delivery records.

Resolution Options:
If it is determined that the package is lost and cannot be located, customers will have the following options:

1.A full refund for the lost items (excluding the original shipping costs).

2.A replacement of the lost items, if available.
